Finance Officer

We are looking for a new Finance Officer from January 2018. 

We are looking for someone who has had at least two years experience working in a school finance office, preferably primary.    This position is  for 33 hours a week over 42 weeks of the year. The days you actually work are negotiable.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible and a team player.  In return we will support you with CPD and sponsor you in obtaining your School's Business Manager Certificate.  You will be responsible for managing the school's finance system, setting and monitoring the school's budget and will regularly report to the Headteacher and Governors at statutory finance meetings. 

A good general level of education is required and an ability to communicate a range of financial information. Skills in FMS, Microsoft Excel, together with good word processing skills and computer literacy are essential. Other attributes are excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, efficiency and being able to use your own initiative.

Job Description

 

Midday Lunch Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Midday Supervisor to work Monday to Friday for 2hrs per day.  Hours are 11.40am to 1.40pm.   

You will need to be able to assist with putting out some tables and benches and clearing up again after lunch - however the main priority is to be child focused ensuring children are eating their lunch, assisting them where necessary especially the younger ones, dealing emphatically with children who may be upset or anxiouus to ensure that lunchtime is enjoyable for all.
